Our Services

Our services include new computer sales of laptops, net-books, desktop PCs, and monitors, all set up and ready to use before delivery or at your premises. We also offer software sales and installations, with continued help and support if required. Additionally, we provide replacement internal drives, external drives, and data storage services. Our expertise extends to system backups and restores, new system installations, and lost file and photograph retrieval. Memory upgrades, computer repairs, and hardware installations, including screen replacements, are also part of our offerings.

Specialized Services

We offer a range of specialized services including video and photograph transfer to DVD, VHS transferred to CD, and photo story books turned into DVDs with music and transitions. Our data sanitization service ensures that your data is securely erased before recycling or disposal. We also provide a recycling service, where old computers are either refurbished for reuse or recycled responsibly, with parts reused for charitable purposes.

History

Based in Kirton End for the past 18 years, our team has extensive experience in IT support and services. Our founder started in video graphics in the 1980s, making commercial videos and filming weddings. This background in video editing and production has given us a unique understanding of the importance of data preservation and the value of repairing rather than replacing technology whenever possible.
