Our Story
HybrIT was founded in 2015 to provide C-level business consulting and director services to the SME market and IT channel. Our founder, Paul Forkgen, recognized the need for IT Directors to small to medium-sized businesses that couldn't afford or justify a full-time IT director. After initial engagements, it became clear that finding excellent IT services partners to deliver customer-focused IT services was challenging and often expensive for SME budgets.
As a response, we expanded HybrIT to deliver more services to complement our IT Director service. Our ethos is driven from the owners and management team, which is that every customer matters. We treat every customer the same, regardless of size or budget, driving long-term relationships, repeat business, and growth through reputation.
