Our extensive experience in the I.T. consultancy and sales sectors, with our founder Steve possessing approximately 35 years of expertise, enables us to offer a comprehensive range of computer systems, websites, hosting, and other I.T. services. We take great pride in being a mobile business, allowing us to visit our clients in Droylsden, Denton, Hyde, Tameside, Stockport, Middleton, Glossop, and the majority of surrounding areas, as well as having a presence in locations such as London, Thornton-Cleveleys, Stoke, and Bournemouth.

One of the primary advantages of Mobile PC Rescue is our on-site services. We understand that both pensioners and office staff can benefit significantly from our mobile approach, allowing us to address computer problems without requiring clients to leave their homes or offices. For added convenience, we offer remote assistance options as well as a no-fix, no-fee warranty for pensioners, ensuring peace of mind for our elderly clients.

Our service fees are as follows:

• A standard callout fee of 65 GBP within our primary service area
• Slightly higher fees for clients located farther away
• Remote assistance available for a nominal fee, solely for fixing software-related issues

While we focus on computer systems, it is essential to note that we do not provide smartphone or tablet repair services nor do we work on Apple products, although we can assist with password or PIN unlocking. All computer systems that we supply and build come with a one-year hardware warranty. Additionally, all systems undergo a 48-hour burn-in test, ensuring that your gaming or general-use computer operates smoothly and is free of crashes during demanding activities.
