Our services are designed to ensure your technology runs smoothly and efficiently.

How We Charge

We charge by the hour, with a rate of 60/hour for home customers and 80/hour for business customers. We do not charge a call-out fee if you're within our catchment area. In most cases, we can fix the problem within an hour.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee our fixes for 30 days and ensure that we will fix your computer in your home or office at a time convenient to you. If we can't fix it, there's no charge. We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction.
