About Our Background

PcHelpMan was started in 1998 by Stephen Freedman, BSc (Hons), who recognized a gap in the market for IT support services catering to local businesses and individuals in their homes. With his experience in multinational corporates, Stephen noticed technology creeping into homes and smaller businesses, creating a huge demand for IT support services. At that time, there were few organizations offering such services, and those that were often provided poor quality. Stephen built the business on a strong ethos of delivering a personal and holistic service to clients, with no "buck passing" and complete customer satisfaction.
