Our Services

From an initial diagnosis, we give an approximate cost of repair or inform you if the computer is beyond economical repair. There is no obligation for work to commence or continue, and you can say no if it does not suit you. We will check your machine for errors, infections, functionality, and serviceability. If your machine is running slowly or not responding in the manner it should, we can repair it on-site, keeping costs to a minimum. We do not tell you to leave the machine with us so that we might come up with some fictitious list of repairs. Instead, we will explain everything we find and allow you the opportunity to make an informed decision on what needs to be done to repair your system.

Our Pricing Policy

We try to keep our prices simple and straightforward. There are no hidden extras. We do not make a call-out charge. When travelling more than 10 miles from our base, we will charge for petrol. Replacement parts are charged at cost. Hourly rate fees are based on an hourly rate. Replacements are charged at cost. Fixed fees are by arrangement. Software is charged at cost. Our pricing starts from 25 per hour. We also offer a free loan service from 75.
