Our Services
At Mac1, we specialise in repairing and upgrading Apple devices, providing same-day service wherever possible. We understand how crucial your devices are to your daily life, and we are committed to getting them back to you in full working order as quickly as possible.
Home Repairs
If your Mac or iPhone has had an unfortunate encounter with liquid, or if you are suffering from a broken screen, noisy fan, faulty keys, or a Mac that just won't start, we can help. We can solve all kinds of problems, whether software issues, physical damage, or replacement parts, fitting new batteries, or helping improve your setup.
Upgrades
Is your Mac drive too small, slow, or full? We can fit new, larger, and faster drives in almost every Mac laptop prior to 2016 and almost every Mac desktop. The speed benefits can be huge - the difference between a mechanical hard drive and a solid-state (SSD) can be five to ten times the speed of your original drive.
If your MacBook Air or MacBook Pro came with an SSD that's too small, or you'd like it to be faster, there's a good chance we can upgrade it. We can even replace the Fusion Drive in iMacs with a single SSD of any size up to 2TB.
If you work with high-end apps for graphic design, video editing, or mathematical modelling, you may find extra RAM speeds up your work significantly. Almost all desktop Macs can be upgraded with as much as 128GB of RAM.
Data Recovery
If your Mac has stopped powering up, your iPhone has ended up submerged in liquid, or your external drive or storage enclosure has decided to malfunction, been dropped, or anything of that nature, we can help. We have recovered data from all of these scenarios and many more.
iPod Upgrades
If your iPod is full to the brim, skipping tracks randomly, or showing the dreaded unhappy face symbol on the screen, we can fit a new drive in it (anything from 120GB all the way to 1TB if desired). If it needs a new battery at the same time, we can take care of that too.
Contact
While we do not have a contact or copyright notice section, we want to reassure you that we are here to help. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Our team of experts is always on hand to provide guidance and support.
