Computer Repairs

Our team of skilled engineers is ready to assist you in resolving your problems promptly and efficiently. For any repairs and upgrades, please call the office on 01747 228535, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you. We normally diagnose issues the same day and try to keep common components that fail in stock.

Mobile Phone Repairs

We also offer mobile phone repair services. We keep a selection of screens in stock at our office on Bay Lane in Gillingham, so we can usually replace them on the same day. However, some screens may need to be ordered, and delivery time is normally 24-48 hours from the time of order.

Computer & Laptop Sales

We now have a large selection of new laptops and computers available to order directly from our online store. We also offer the service of transferring data from an old device to a new one, included in the price of the new laptop or computer.

24-Hour Callout Service

We also operate an out-of-hours service that can be accessed by pressing option 2 outside normal office hours. This will put you through to the on-call engineer who will assist you with your issue. This service is charged at 15 per hour on top of our normal hourly rate. You may still be charged for using this option if no repair is carried out, as the engineer is paid for being on call.
