The Problem with Support

Both Paul O. and James Cooksey express deep dissatisfaction with the level of support they received from Prodec. Paul was an engineer who, after being accused of dumping old legacy parts, was subsequently sent to jail, and James spent a significant amount of money on an annual support contract for Cisco equipment only to be met with silence and a complete lack of resolution for his router issue. James further updates that, after a year of logging support cases, none were resolved by Prodec, and the company failed to deliver on its promises.

A Lone Positive Review

Matt Jones, on the other hand, had a significantly more positive experience. He found the company to be extremely helpful, with equipment ordered and sent promptly. He expressed a desire to continue using Prodec's services in the future.
