Our Story
Lincoln IT Solutions Ltd was formed in 2010, with the goal of using expert skills and knowledge to help local businesses get the best out of their IT. Our Managing Director, Steven Woodhouse, has over 12 years of experience in the IT sector, starting out as a Trainee Computer Programmer for Jackson Building Centres. He then gained a HNC in Computer Studies and started a job as IT Technician at Lincoln College, where he was promoted to Senior IT Technician and later to Network Manager. During his time at Lincoln College, he attended many Microsoft training courses and achieved his MCSE qualification in 2008. He also developed and implemented many of the core systems at Lincoln College, including virtualisation platforms, which saved the College an estimated 60,000/year in electricity, cooling, and maintenance costs.
