Our IT Support Services
Our IT support services are designed to provide businesses with the expertise and solutions they need to operate efficiently and effectively. We offer both ad-hoc IT support and managed IT service contracts. Our aim is to understand what you need from your IT systems and processes and ensure that the solution we provide is tailored to match your needs and your budget.
We provide IT services on a break-fix or managed service basis. Our IT services can cover a wide range of areas, including the cloud, servers, routers, workstations, software, upgrades, antivirus, backups, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals. We pride ourselves on not supplying the cheapest solution as this may not be the most cost-effective solution for our clients. Instead, we look ahead and ensure that systems are both expandable and future-proofed.
Our Managed IT Service Contracts
Our managed IT service contracts are designed to resolve issues before they cause business problems and downtime. This service is also known as pro-active maintenance. We install a small client on every PC, laptop, and server which monitors the devices. The monitors include a range of checks, such as vulnerability checks, disk space checks, performance checks, memory usage checks, physical disk checks, Windows services checks, antivirus updates, disk space changes, hacker checks, and physical disk health checks.
Our managed IT service aims to resolve issues such as systems running slowly, PCs or laptops crashing for no reason, too much time trying to resolve simple IT issues, out-of-date software, and a lack of in-house resources to fix things. As part of this contract, we will also manage Windows patches, implement and monitor disaster recovery, update software, resolve issues reported from our monitoring platform, and produce monthly reports.
